We had the most wonderful stay in Massimo's home. I could not commend his generosity and kindness enough.

He picked us up on arrival and insisted on giving us a tour of the historical centre in his car. He then showed us to the flat where we were greeted with wine and juice on the balcony. Massimo provided us with maps, bus timetables and guide books. More importantly he showed us where all of the best places to visit and to eat were in Palermo, marking them on the map for us. His recommendations couldn't have been better; all were stunning, cheap and quintessentially Sicilian.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of Palermo's historical centre with all of the sights easily accessible by foot. It is also just as beautiful as the pictures. The bedroom is stunning and the rest of the flat was perfect for all we needed. As well at the balcony, another advantage to the flat is that its economical compact layout means that the air conditioning is very effective; essential for the summer months.

Once again, Massimo was the perfect host. His wife even made a necklace for Sophie on our departure. We will certainly be coming back!

Abbiamo avuto il più meraviglioso soggiorno in casa di Massimo. Potrei non affido sua generosità e gentilezza abbastanza. Egli ci è venuto a prendere all'arrivo e ha insistito per darci un tour del centro storico nella sua auto. Ci ha poi mostrato all'appartamento dove siamo stati accolti con vino e succo di frutta sul balcone. Massimo ci ha fornito mappe, guide e gli orari degli autobus. Ancora più importante ci ha mostrato dove tutti i posti migliori da visitare e per mangiare erano a Palermo, contrassegnandole sulla mappa per noi. I suoi consigli non avrebbe potuto essere migliore; tutti erano mozzafiato, a buon mercato e tipicamente siciliana. L'appartamento è perfettamente situato nel cuore del centro storico di Palermo con tutte le attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. È anche bello come le foto. La camera da letto è incredibile e il resto dell'appartamento era perfetto per tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Anche sul balcone, un altro vantaggio per il piatto è che il suo layout compatto economico significa che l'aria condizionata è molto efficace; essenziale per i mesi estivi. Ancora una volta, Massimo era il perfetto padrone. Sua moglie ha anche fatto una collana per Sophie alla nostra partenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
