As mentioned by several other reviewers, Massimo's apartment is spacious, beautiful and well located. Massimo himself is genuily friendly and wants to help. He answers the messages sent to him quickly, and often. I asked his help on one particular matter, and he did so.
Now, renters have to understand that they will be located on a busy street of a big and busy city, and so as to accept the normal noises of urban life. But the bedrooms are well isolated and, with the normal noise of the air conditioning, one can have a good nights sleep. The only real drawback of the apartment is the frequent and rather strong noise generated by the motor of the outside water cistern that located on the side of the wall of the living room. Still, overall, a good rental, and a great renter!

Come detto da molti altri recensori, appartamento di Massimo è spazioso, bello e ben posizionato. Massimo se stesso è genuily cordiale e vuole aiutare. Egli risponde i messaggi inviati a lui rapidamente e spesso.
