Sin da piccola ho avuto una grande

Sin da piccola ho avuto una grande propensione per le lingue straniere e specialmente per l’inglese. Ho frequentato l’ISISS F. Da Collo di Conegliano (TV) dove mi sono diplomata come perito per il turismo. Ora sto frequentando il secondo anno di università presso la facoltà di Lingue, Civiltà e Scienze del Linguaggio di Venezia. Studio tre lingue straniere, cioè inglese francese e tedesco e ho conseguito le certificazione First Certificate of English B2 e Zertifikat Deutsch B1. Sono molto appassionata anche alle materie giuridiche ed economiche. Grazie ai miei studi nell’istituto tecnico per il turismo ho potuto avvicinarmi a materie come diritto, scienze delle finanze ed economia politica.
La conoscenza delle lingue straniere mi ha permesso di avere alcune esperienze all’estero. Infatti durante le scuole superiori ho preso parte a una vacanza studio a Bournemouth della durata di tre settimane. È stata un’esperienza fondamentale sia per migliorare il mio inglese, sia per vivere e conoscere più da vicino la cultura inglese. L’anno scorso ho preso parte al progetto di gemellaggio tra il comune di Sernaglia della Battaglia e il comune di Clecy (Francia), io avevo il compito di fare da guida turistica e traduttrice al consiglio di amministrazione del comune francese in visita a Sernaglia. Inoltre durante l’estate ho lavorato come ragazza alla pari presso una famiglia francese in Corsica. Presso la famiglia francese mi occupavo delle bambine, dei piccoli lavori domestici, dell’ organizzazione delle attività ricreative e dei compiti, della preparazione dei pasti.
Durante gli anni delle scuole superiori ho lavorato come animatrice stagionale in un villaggio turistico a Vieste (Puglia). Il lavoro come animatrice mi ha permesso di sviluppare grandi capacità di comunicazione sia con i bambini che con gli adulti e anche una grande capacità di organizzazione e gestione delle attività. Infatti ogni animatore doveva organizzare e gestire da solo le attività previste dal programma dell’animazione. Questo lavoro a contatto con i bambini è una mia grande passione, infatti tutt’ora nei weekend lavoro come animatrice per eventi, matrimoni, compleanni.
Mi piace molto essere a contatto con le persone e quando si presentano delle possibilità di esperienza in questo settore cerco sempre di aderirvi. Penso che i programmi offerti dall’Italian Diplomatic Academy offrano una grande possibilità per gli studenti di avvicinarsi al mondo della diplomazia. Durante i miei studi universitari è stato possibile avvicinarmi allo studio delle Relazioni internazionali e l’ho trovata una disciplina molto stimolante, infatti sto valutando la possibilità di intraprendere un corso di laurea magistrale proprio in questo settore. Penso che un programma di formazione come l’Advanced Diploma mi possa permettere di entrare meglio in questo settore e coglierne al meglio le dinamiche. Inoltre lo stage presso il Parlamento Europeo di Bruxelles permette di capire e conoscere i vari organi che compongono questo organo internazionale punto di incontro di diverse culture.

Since childhood I have had a great talent for foreign languages, especially English. I attended the ISISS F. Neckband Conegliano (TV) where I graduated as an expert on tourism. Now I'm attending the second year of University at the Faculty of Languages, cultures and language sciences in Venice. Studio three foreign languages, namely English, French and German and I received the First Certificate of English certification B2 and Zertifikat Deutsch B1. I'm very passionate about even at legal and economic subjects. Thanks to my studies in the Technical Institute for tourism I could get closer to subjects such as science, law, finance and economics.Knowledge of foreign languages has allowed me to have some experiences abroad. In fact, in high school I took part in a study trip to Bournemouth for three weeks. It was a fundamental experience to improve my English, for both live and learn more about British culture. Last year I took part in the twinning project between the municipality of Sernaglia della Battaglia and Clecy (France), I had the task of acting as tour guide and translator to the Board of Directors of the commune visiting Sernaglia. During the summer I worked as an au pair at a French family in Corsica. At the French I family of girls, small household chores, the Organization of leisure activities and tasks, preparing meals. During the high school years I worked as an entertainer in a holiday village in Vieste, Apulia. Work as an animator has allowed me to develop great communication skills with children than with adults and also a great capacity for organization and management of activities. In fact, each animator was to organize and manage the activities under the programme of animation. This work in contact with children is my great passion, indeed still working weekends as an entertainer for events, weddings, birthdays.I really enjoy being in contact with people and when you have the chance to experience in this area I always try to adhere to it. I think that the programs offered by the Italian Diplomatic Academy offer a great chance for students to explore the world of diplomacy. During my undergraduate studies it has been possible to approach to the study of international relations and I found it very challenging discipline, in fact I'm considering whether to undertake a master's degree in this field. I think a training program as an Advanced Diploma would allow me to get better in this area and to better understand the dynamics. Also an internship at the European Parliament in Brussels allows you to understand and learn about the various organs that make up this international meeting point of different cultures.
